To Host or be the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for a Skate Canada Newfoundland and Labrador Event, Clubs/Skating Schools should submit a bid to Section. Bid forms are available approximately 6 weeks prior to the announcement of Event locations. All Event dates are predetermined by Skate Canada NL.

Host Committees and Local Organizing Committees will receive an Event Agreement, which is a contract outlining the responsibilities of Skate Canada NL and the Host/LOC.

Host Committees and Local Organizing Committees can also reference the SCNL Competition Handbook, which is a detailed document with all necessary information for executing a successful Event.
